Bio Alex Momot is the founder of a market-making and proprietary trading firm shaping token liquidity and market structure, with over a decade of experience in tech and deep roots in Web3 since 2013.
An early Ethereum ICO participant and Bitcoin miner, he founded BitX in 2014 — one of the first products enabling everyday payments with Bitcoin. Since then, he has been building at the intersection of crypto markets, liquidity, and real-world adoption.
Since 2021, Alex has been the Founder and CEO of Peanut Trade — a full-cycle market maker and proprietary trading firm supporting token launches with advanced liquidity strategies, in-house trading infrastructure, and a team of experienced traders and engineers.
He has raised over $30M across multiple blockchain ventures, including Remme, Hackless, and Peanut Trade, and now focuses on market structure, liquidity design, and execution across both CEX and on-chain venues.
Alex is actively building at the frontier of emerging crypto narratives and currently building a new, game-changing B2C product in the prediction markets space — designed to reshape how users interact with and perceive prediction platforms.
He serves as a Board Member of the Bitcoin Foundation Ukraine and contributes to shaping crypto regulation as part of the country’s legislative working group.
